We stand behind the quality of our programs. If you are not satisfied with your program within the first 30 days, we will work with you to find a solution or provide a refund.

Eligible for Full Refund

  • Request made within 30 days of program enrollment
  • Technical issues preventing access to program materials
  • Program cancelled by Lab2Life due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors

Partial Refund Considerations

  • Request made between 30-60 days with valid circumstances
  • Significant life changes preventing program completion
  • Health conditions that contraindicate program participation

Non-Refundable Services

  • One-time consultations that have been completed
  • Lab report analysis services that have been delivered
  • Digital downloads and resources already accessed
  • Program materials accessed beyond 50% completion
  • Requests made after 60 days of program enrollment

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number and reason for refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

Payment Method Returns

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to original payment method

Program Transfers

Instead of a refund, you may be eligible to transfer your enrollment to a different Lab2Life program that better suits your needs. Transfer requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

We understand that life can present unexpected challenges. If you experience exceptional circumstances that prevent you from completing your program, please contact our support team. We will review each case individually and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
